Wide Pleats

I'm so making a dress with a wide-pleat skirt like this! I have some fabric that I wanted to use for a bodice for something, but I didn' t know what. Now I do! Thanks All Things Lovely!

    I LOVE that dress! What color are you making it? The green is lovely and I think yellow would be divine!
