Sportin' the monochrome...

As a person who recently re-arranged her closet (for the umpteen-millionth time) and Really enjoyed putting it in Roy G Biv order, I am appealed to the thought of opening your closet and finding everything in one color. It seems calming doesn't it? and easy. But would it really be easy to wear the same color all the time? Hmm, I can't decide. Anyway there is a lovely little article on 5 people who sport the monochromatic here.

Liberty shoe department

If I didn't already have the taste for a trip to England on the tip of my tongue, these pics of the new Liberty shoe department would have given it to me. (I found them on the lovely Stylebubble site). I love shoes (not a huge surprise to people who either know myself or my store) but I really love the kind of merchandising that takes on a life of it's own, and this little in-store boutique has it. It's rather mesmerizing, but I find that most things that Liberty does will fall under that category. Lovely.

Sewing Circle
