 Carrie Kiefer & Morgan Georgie are long-time colleagues and friends and the owners of Ampersand Design Studio: the blog, store and award-winning surface pattern and graphic design duo. Their shared design aesthetic—fresh, innovative, and energized by shots of surprising color—infuses everything they do.

 Carrie & Morgan's mission is always to create looks and lives that are creative, harmonious and happy. " This is our first year to join the amazing line-up at Ric Rac and we couldn't be more excited!!
