But, I decided that bread I would bake. I stole the Apples for Jam cookbook out of the store, gathered my ingredients and went to town. And it was easy! You measure, mix, knead, let it be alone for a long time, give it a punch, give it more alone time, bake and voila! Bread! Yummy bread that calls for an inordinate amount of butter on it. And isn't anything that calls for lots of butter good? I think so...
