Funny Girl

Have you ever seen Funny Girl? It has some epic costumes in it. It's set in the early 1900's, but is totally 1960's at the same time, which is a pretty awesome combination actually. And Barbara Streisand looks totally glamorous, so much so I'm going to sit down and work on my Funny Girl eyeliner application process. If you haven't seen it but will watch anything for costumes, you should totally get this movie--watch out though, it's a long one! It even has an intermission..

I just watched it last night! I love the Follies number about the beautiful brides. So many feathers. Who knew the 1900s was so gay!

If you love this, don't miss "On a Clear Day", wow - the costumes in that are gorgeous, and she's, well, she's truely amazing.

I'm enchanted with the first number where she rollerskates--I love the weird purple/green grape outfits. The beautiful brides number is spectacular though.

I totally forgot about "On a Clear Day"! Doesn't it have Jack Nicholson in it and super weird back in time sequences? I totally need to see that again..
