Prairie Girl Dress

I don't think I ever showed you my Prairie Girl Dress (from Favorite Things Patterns). I used the Denyse Schmidt Coterie voile and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I think the voile is the perfect fabric for this drape-y pattern. And because I'm essentially a lazy person I loved that there wasn't a zipper.

I can't wait until it's time as a sample is up at the store and I can wear it this summer!

Super cute! I love voile in all garments, so delightful.

That's stunning... I have some of that voile in the red and wanted to make a dress but was wondering what kind... that works so beautifully! I love the contrast of a feminine dress design with the almost 'masculine' fabric pattern.

Thanks James!

Jane I totally recommend this pattern. It took almost no time at all, but turned out well. My kind of pattern!
