Vera
J and I were skulking around the Macy's home store on Sunday and I was surprised to see that they are carrying Vera table linens. Do you know Vera? I'm sure you've seen her around if you are a vintage shopper or a scarf collector. She started designing and silkscreening table linens in 1946 and then took her distinctive style into scarves and later clothing. I love the colors she uses and the mid-century sketchy style so I am always excited to run into vintage Vera.
