Wee Wonderfuls give away!

Sometimes we get books in that I've been dying to get in and then once we do I never really get a chance to sit down with it. Wee Wonderfuls is one of those books. I saw the book flitting around from blog to blog and ordered it. It was on back order forever. By the time we finally got it we were in full Holiday mode and there wasn't really any time for book reading.

But now it's January! And there is nothing to do! Which isn't that great really, but at least I can read a few books and make a few projects. And there is nothing that will brighten your dull January day like looking through this book. It's heavenly. It's adorable. The colors are perfect and happy and I want to live in this book.

There are dolls, bears, kitties, giraffes, trolley's, elephants, inchworms and Betsy pillow all waiting to be made and cheer up the winter. And spring.

I figure that I'm not the only one who needs a little something to do during January..maybe you do too? Leave a comment below on your love of plush and maybe you will win a free copy!

I was just looking at this book yesterday - its on my wishlist at Borders! I love the patterns - um, the worm? How cute! - and the idea of making my kids and their friends cute gifts they'll love and treasure. (Ok, maybe I'll love and treasure it a little more than they will for the next 20 or so years...)

I know I am not eligible to win this. The worm reminds me of Richard Scarry's Lowly Worm and I've been wanting to make a version of Lowly for Soren.
